  2. THAT was just fun. My favorite? Of course it was Dalida's ITSY BITSY! I have never heard this version but didn't she sing in EIGHT plus languages!?!?!

  3. Well the Polka Dot Door was my fave for certain but tell me, where does this come from? Was this a show for kids in America in the 70's perhaps? I love it.

  8. jill--itsy bitsy had to part of the polka dot run--I was thrilled that I could find a version that was a bit different! I didn't know about the eight languages though--I am going to have to search for the rest of the versions;-)best-c

  16. Thank you for the intros here. I didn't know The Rhonda Harris, they're awesome, wow.

    And the Dalida version of itsy bitsy was terrific! I smiled at the older versions of the bikini, and also the older versions of women's bodies, that look more natural to me than the current Victoria Secret creations.

  18. ruth--rhonda harris certainly gives new meaning to polka dots--loved their sound..As for itsy bitsy--I agree it was refreshing to see the retro bodies of women--no airbrushing there! For some reason that song has always made me smile;-) c
