"Found out what I was made of." Yes, that's always a good thing. Something one typically stumbles upon accidentally or is forced into doing. But beneficial in the end.

I love this. I'm so in awe of anyone that gives up cigarettes because I was a smoker, too, and know how powerful that draw is.
